FULL KITCHEN REMODEL
Starting price - $70,000
Typical scope includes a complete transformation of the space down to the studs, modification of plan, relocation and upgrading of plumbing, electrical and HVAC components for new floor plan and to meet modern drywall/wall finishes are installed as well as new flooring, trim, new cabinets and countertops, new paint throughout and plumbing and electrical fixtures to go along with new appliances to complete the space.

The new porch is most often screened in and can be outfitted with items such as a brick fireplace, wall-mounted infrared heaters, large ceiling fans, TV’s integrated sound systems, outdoor kitchens, and more.

Typical scope includes doors, hardware and paint, in some cases, and plumbing fixtures. In many cases, flooring maintains the existing layout and plumbing locations. Updating cabinetry with new replacing cabinets. Installing new countertops and backsplash and upgrading light fixtures is either updated or refinished. Paint and trim repairs and updates throughout.
BATHROOM ‘MAKEOVER”

The typical scope includes maintaining the existing layout and plumbing locations. In most cases, a new shower is installed with a full waterproofing system, or the shower/tub is upgraded with new tile. Vanities are updated with new doors, hardware and paint, in some cases replacing cabinets. Installing new countertops and sinks, upgrading light fixtures and plumbing.
